Using SciPy to Plot and Analyze Comprehensive Time Series Climate Data

The paper focuses on several mediocre algorithms and easy solutions used to bring the bundles of Climate-related snapshots taken by NOAA. The mid-tropospheric and other layers of measurements are used as the raw source which is made available through several government based sources. The radiance measurements of the surface of the sea and the eventual propagation of heat index observed in the Arctic could be calculated using indices notated in accordance with ACI (Actuaries Climate Risk Index).To have certain logistics control, the first deliverables will be designed for a specific region and limited methodological assessments and bounded by annual historical data. This done simply by using NOAA's TAO database and scipy and Pandas for calculation and plotting while using the flask for simple API and Frontend services
