Samapriya Roy (Sam Roy) is a Remote Sensing and Geospatial developer and analyst. During his PhD his work focused on coastal degradation and urban land use and land cover changes across global deltas. As a teaching assistant he has taught Introductory GIS and application courses for over 5 years to to over 400 students along with multiple open impact trainings and hackathons.(https://samapriya.github.io/projects/open-impact/).
